  • What Amenities Roundhouse Place does offer?

    Roundhouse Place is walking distance to downtown, has private garage parking available, and fiber optic internet. All our apartments have washer/dryer units, keyless apartment entry door locks, and more. To view all amenities, please visit the Amenities Page

  • Is Roundhouse Place a pet-friendly community?

    Roundhouse Place is a cat friendly community. We are not able to accommodate dogs at this time. Our Pet Policy can be found here.

  • What is your parking policy for residents?

    Off-street unassigned parking spaces are provided. We allow one vehicle per bedroom. Any extra vehicles are to be parked on the street.

    Optional garages, when available, are $75.00 per month and are used for vehicle parking.

  • Do you have EV charging stations?

    We do not have EV charging stations available. 

  • What type of internet connection does Roundhouse Place provide?

    The entire complex is wired with the 1Gig fiber optic internet and is delivered to each apartment. The monthly flat fee for this service is only $40.00 and will be automatically posted to the resident ledger to be paid along with the monthly rent. There is no need to initiate the service as this will be done automatically upon move-in. There is no option to opt out of this service.

  • How do I schedule a tour of Roundhouse Place?

    To schedule a showing, please contact us.  We show available apartments after the current resident has vacated and the apartment has been cleaned.  Our apartments tend to move quickly and many choose to secure an available apartment before viewing it.  

  • What are your lease terms and rental rates?

    We offer 6 months or 12 months initial leases only and do not offer month to month initial tenancies.All rental rates, lease terms, and availability are found on our website under the Availability tab. Availability is reported in real time and there is no other availability to offer than what is shown on the website. 

  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    If you would like to move forward in renting an available apartment, please submit an online application by navigating to the Availability tab, selecting the desired floor plan and choosing "View Details" or "Apply Now".  Please select a move in date that is within 2 weeks of the estimated availability date.  There is a 24-48 hour time period for applications to be screened once all the required information is provided and the screening fee is paid.

  • What is the process after my application is approved?

    Once an application has been approved, a Holding Deposit payment will be automatically charged and an Agreement will be sent to you to sign. This will hold the selected apartment for you until the agreed upon date. Once occupancy commences, the Holding Deposit converts to the Security Deposit. The Holding Deposit is refundable only if the apartment will not be ready for occupancy by the agreed upon date.  In order to commence occupancy, you will be required to sign Landlord's Rental Agreement, which will be generated one week prior to your move in date.

  • Which utilities are included in rent and how do I set up my utilities?

    Residents pay for electricity, fiber optic internet service, water, and sewer. Electricity service is to be arranged directly with PG&E. Sub-metered water use and sewer are billed through Conservice and the monthly charge will be automatically posted to the resident ledger to be paid along with the monthly rent. There is no need to initiate the service as this will be done automatically upon move-in.

  • How do I pay for my deposit, move-in fees, and application fee?

    Application, Deposit and Move-In Fee payments must be paid by certified funds which include credit card, debit card, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks for move-in charges.


    Monthly rent payments are made through the secure Resident Portal via electronic bank transfer (ACH), debit card, or credit card. There is no fee for an electronic bank transfer (ACH). A monthly recurring Auto-Payment may be set up.
